Jared, I like the idea of just having the option of silence. Simple. Useful.

Yes, we're astounded at the lack of interesting music at the corporate / enterprise level and we're shifting our focus. The BumperTunes team is donning capes and wings to save the world from horrible hold music!

p.s. I love Jared's personal playlist idea.

I've found myself singing this music (this exact same song, in fact) in my head too many times to mention -- especially on evenings and weekends. That's a sign that one is on too many conference calls, I think...

How cool would it be to play a personal playlist, using your phone number as a id?

Personally, I'd like it to just be silent, so I can listen to my own PC music.

(On a different note, we use selected tunes from my own library before each of our virtual seminars. I've learned that, because I'm usually really nervous before each one, that I now get anxious when I hear the same tunes on shuffle. I have to switch out the music fairly frequently so I don't build up the associations.)
